Shipping Policy

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME:

Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

SHIPPING TIME:

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:

AUSTRALIA & New ZealandStandard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 1-3 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)
U.K & EUROPEStandard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 2-4 Weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)
Others Countrieslocation dependent

INSURED SHIPPING:

If item is lost in delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item with no extra cost to you provided sufficient proof is provided.

PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING:

Your Delivery is put at the top of our Orders List each day which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the order volume we’re receiving, expect time may remain similar/equal to Standard Shipping times. Your item is also Insured.

*Some product might shipped out separately and arrive on difference time because we have warehouse from difference location. *

Tracking Numbers frequently take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use our tracking page here  to track your order.

SHIPPING DELAY:

Depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated for some reasons ;

1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country

2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft 

3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system – some cities take longer to process items than others

DELIVERY & TRACKING:

Storganise processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most items purchased will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of the order, it can take up to a maximum of 7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped. Please allow 10-21 business days for delivery of your order.

CHANGE REQUESTS:

Storganise offers returns, exchanges, and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

COSTUMES:

Storganise is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. 

Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.

CURRENCY:

All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.

MISSING ITEMS:

Some of our orders may be shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items within the allowable timeframe, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.

CHANGE REQUESTS:

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at Sales@storganise.com and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
